Smoking marijuana can give you lung cancer. Heavy pot smokers have a risk 6 times higher than non smokers.

A study in 2006 by UCLA showed there were no signs of marijuana causing lung cancer, but many studies after that disproved it showing that marijuana does in fact increase risk.
