That's really an open ended question, they provide gear from different manufacturers, so each will be different. I receive email response from them usually in 2 days or so.

yeah i should have some xxxx in about 5-7 days from them. Only heard good things, they are slow on response however

he was good to me a few monthes back but there appear to be big problems lately.

i would wait a while and see if he fixes things.
I do wish him the best but all guys can go bad eventually, lets hope the problems are just temporary.

Currently Uncle Z seems to be slow....I believe it is due to "technical" problems but for the most part he' good. If you use him now just be prepared to wait.

I've been back and forth with z for a few weeks, they had a problem with WU and no money was going through. This has been fixed and they are trying to get the orders completed.

just got an email saying that the xxxxs are on order. They have WU worked out. said to just be cool and they will get here soon.
