i used to get b12 injections, didnt notice anything, at all. i was not deficient in b12, i was hoping it would help stimulate my appetite when i was bulking

Im still struggling with the lingering effects of epstein barr virus from 4 months ago. Right now fatigue is my biggest obstacle and i know doctors treat EB virus with b12 to combat this. Its supposed to be pretty effective. I lost my health insurance about 2 months ago so im trying to do what i can without going back to the doc. I figured id pick up some b12 injects from a research chem company and give it a whirl.

if your looking for a little energy there's an over the counter supplement called "Energize" they sell it in GNC is has the B- vitamins in it. Good for pre workout and its gives me plenty on long lasting energy. just a little suggestion
