Seems like ive gotten decent results in the past from lifting heavy for 8 sets then following that up with several high rep muscle blast exercises. For example... on chest day hit bench, incline press, then finish blast with flys/cable crossovers/pushups til your pecs feel annihilated.
Anyone do anything similar and trigger substantial growth?
