has anyone got any good pinning spots i can try for my next pin and are easy to.aspirate as i find doin my arse awkward lol thanks for any responses

The only muscle that I've found great control with is my vastus lateralis (quad) as I can use both hands easily and see what I'm doing. Ventro glute is okay, but I'm not very flexible and had to use a mirror to see what was going on. You could probably do your pecs with success, but I'm not brave enough to have any experience with pinning there. Gives me the heebie jeebies just thinking about it!

Inject your quads. 4 times one leg, 4 times the other and so on...

How do you pin 4 times in each quad given the area is the size of your palm? Proper location is one hand-width from your pelvic crest down and one hand-width up from your knee. Are you pinning the other muscle groups in your quad? Vastus medialis pins are nuts imo!

haha halfwit were do you get these shredded spongebob characters what inch would you use for ur chest bro and dextermorgan i tried my quad first time and got a sort of like electric shock when i aspirated so i shit it and pulled it straight out

delts are my favorite for my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doses and quads and gluts for the supplementals

Nah man, I pin only largest one (the one the side). By 4 times, I meant 4 injections. Over 2 week period 4 injections for the right leg then switch to the left leg.

edit

Not 4 different spots in one day lolz, sorry didn't make myself clear enough

My google-fu and MS Paint fighting style is strong. ;) Sounds like you nicked a nerve. Did your leg jump too? It happens occasionally, but can be minimized by staying away from the top of the quad and sticking more to the upper outside.

Oh, so you go L-quad, R-quad (week one) then repeat? Or are you pinning the same quad twice in one week? I used to do that for years (one pin per quad per week) and developed some scar tissue. Granted, this is a CONTINUOUS pinning as I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) - but have you had any issues reusing the same spots like that? No disrespect intended, just curious. :)

haha i think as i was nervous first pin halfwit i moved the needle when i aspirated but for some reason my barrels are hard to move if that makes sense like when i injected the test it was hard to push down might be thick oil i dont know

Damn, glad I can learn from you in this thread. Yeah I been using one quad for 4 injectons (2 week period). Now I'm gonna switch legs every shot, it's best right?. I only had 6 injections so far, so hopefully I'll be fine. I don't really feels sore or anything, injections always went smooth.

This is where I injected (Vastus lateralis, and rectus femoris) - who the f*** came up with those names lol

dexter arnt you suppose to switch sites each injection
I had no idea, well, thanx to you guys, now I know better. Glad I made my ignorant comment.

Yeah, I hate it when that damn barrel gets stuck and is a royal bitch to move. Nerves feel like a jolt of electricity, but yeah - being really nervous can play with your mind too. Just remember to take your time and if you have to look away - that's okay, I know I did the first couple times. ;)

Latin and what the docs hundreds of years ago felt was a good feature to name the body part after. Lateralis and medialis both refer to the location as lateralis = outside and medialis = inside or center. I totally don't consider you ignorant, just was curious if you knew something I didn't haha. I'd try rotating in delts if you're looking for a nice additional site. It seems scary at first since the muscle is much smaller, but trust me - they can handle oil really well with minimal pip. Just be sure to stabilize your injecting hand by holding its elbow with your other hand while pressed up against your chest. Six pins in; you'll be fine man. It took me like a year and a half (I think?) to feel the stale cheese in my leg, and even then it's really a small spot. :)

FYI: Injecting in the rectus femoris is bad juju, LOTS of nerves in there, I learned that one the hard way while looking for alternative spots in the leg. ;)

Do you think it's okay to just switch legs each shot without pinning delts or chest for a 12 week cycle?
I want to avoid delt or chest injections, don't feel confident enough to pin in that area yet.

ausinate can you actually pin your lats mate i wouldnt mind trying as mine are quite thick so it might be easier than my ass and quick question for aanyone it might sound dumb but why.do.you have to draw the amount in air before you draw from the bottle

yes, I do it all the time. Lats, delts, biceps, triceps, quads and chest and traps. (Im one of the few that doesn't like glutes). Lats can hold plenty of oil.

Don't understand the second part of your question, you inject air into the vial, not draw. You do this to create pressure and ease the release of oil.

It's not recommended, but you can probably get away with it.

I'll let Austinite comment on lat injects as I can't reach that far LOL, but I can tell you the point of drawing air is to prevent a vacuum from being created in the vial, drawing the oil right back into it after you start pulling it out. :p

Edit: Hah! Beaten to it.
