Anyone have any tricks for insomnia problems?

Sometimes I have a hard time getting to sleep even when I feel really tired. I put in ear plugs to block out any sounds that can attract your minds attention. Works every time.

GNC had some GNC brand casein with melatonin and some more herbal stuff in it that I've used in combination with reading....

A good book usually puts me down... I recommend 50 Shades of Grey or the Twilight series.

I have driven across 2 bridges, bought a subway, made change and drove home ate...woke up wondering why there is a subway wrapper on the kitchen counter....w t f ? Ambien s bad shit for me...to close to the benzo s for me

I second valerian root.

I also recommend to not think about not being able to sleep. Don't fuck with your mind saying ah god damn it, it is going to be another night with no sleep. Stop that. Your anxiety will keep you up. So when bed time approaches about an hour before, start drinking valerian root tea and reading a book or do something to relax you. Sleep in a dark room with no lights from the clock, computer, tv, etc. Try ear plugs. I got mine at a local drug store made specifically to sleep at night. They're comfortable.

Hope it helps. I have my battles with insomnia too.

I'm having sleeping problems too lately. Going to sleep is not the problem I'm out like a light. I keep waking up between 4-5 am and be wide awake...it's really annoying.

xanax or Kpins when needed. ZMA worked for me also try Z-quill. same shit at nyquill minus the sick meds part. When i drink preworkout after like 9 i stay awake but a few healthy swigs of zquill knocks me out.

Zinc, magnesium and b6. Sex. Don't eat or exercise too close to bed. Low carb intake can cause insomnia in some. So can overtraining. Good luck, insomnia is horrible.

Read a very dry book, that helps too.(not wet pls)
I'm forced to gym at around 6pm so i try to calm what i can. Just sitting in bed though my heart races and keeps me up.
