Anyone have any tricks for insomnia problems?

Currently only starting week two of test and dbol and the insomnia is killing me. I just sit in bed for 3 hours and stare at a wall. Just suck it up and melatonin to death?
 
Testosterone and Dianabol won't cause insomnia, but high blood pressure might. Are you running an AI?
 
Check your blood pressure. If that's good then check out some peptides. They're cheap and they do the Damn job! Lol
 
I like to have a "bed time" tea that has chamomile and some other hocus pocus herbs.
Also, ZMA helps me.
 
It may sound stupid but try relaxing all of the muscles in your face. I tighten them and then try to let them to completely slack. Usually within a couple minutes I'm sound asleep and I'm someone that has had terrible insomnia that would keep me up all night even after taking ambien.
 
I take animal pm by universal it actually works. Was looking into delta sleep inducing peptide. Maybe u should look into that. I don't have exprience with it still researching it. Any guys reading this used it before?
 
Zinc, magnesium and b6. Sex. Don't eat or exercise too close to bed. Low carb intake can cause insomnia in some. So can overtraining. Good luck, insomnia is horrible.


Read a very dry book, that helps too.(not wet pls)
 
allergy drugs, zopiclone and melatonin work...
I have had this same thing upon starting a cycle, I just can't fall a sleep.. I use allergy drugs and melatonin quite frequently.
 
Top things for me have been sex right before sleep, no computer/screen within an hour of bed time, ketotifen or benadryl...and prami knocks me the FUCK out. 0.5mg and forget doing anything productive for the next 12-18 hours. 0.1-0.2mg and I'm out like a light for a few hours, and not fully functional until 12hrs later.

Books help but I haven't gotten into a good one lately.
 
I've been taking melatonin, and L-Theanine. It's a pretty good combo.

I started taking a Choline & Inositol cap with dinner last week. I've been sleeping very well since then. I wake up thinking I've slept all night, but it'll have been only a few hours. I am able to go right back to sleep.
