Anyone know what HGH's have to be refrigerated all the time?

JohhnyB, I'm not sure what that means...."from the same culture". Are you saying that the e coli bacterial strain is the same in eurotech, soma and BDL? Euro and soma require refrigeration prior to reconstitution, so by that theory, so would BDL.
It's my understanding that Serono products are ok at room temp prior to reconstitution due to the method of production.....Serono uses recombitant technology to add a human gene to mammalian (mice) cells, and introduces a patented preservative tecnique for temperature stability.
Now please don't think that I'm challenging you on this......I don't know, and nobody really does know the origins and lab techniques employed by the UG distributors. It just seems prudent to me to refrigerate everything. Hell, I refrigerate Sero. I'm on year-round and it's damn expensive. I want to make sure I get my money's worth.

Not to speak for oldgunz, but I imagine he is saying this:
All human growth hormone (hGH) produced by recombinant DNA technology has 191 amino acid residues and a molecular weight of 22,125 daltons. The amino acid sequence is identical to that of pituitary-derived human growth hormone. Otherwise, it's not human.

Thanks, Johhny. Isn't it kind of weird that we use recombitant GH derived from e coli bacteria. That shit will kill you dead outside the lab.

LOL, you know I've thought the same thing, kind of makes you think. How did someone think of using something so deadly and changing it to something that can help the body.

Hey Bro just a side note I had my hgh/igf-1 checked, I have low hgh/igf-1. Hoping to get a script and my insurance to pay for it. If you have any suggestions, shot me a pm.

Here's how they do it:

"The protein is synthesized by a specific laboratory strain of E. coli as a pre cursor consisting of the rhGH molecule preceded by the secretion signal from an E. coli protein. This precursor is directed to the plasma membrane of the cell. The signal sequence is removed and the native protein is secreted into the periplasm so that the protein is folded appropriately as it is synthesized."

Say what???????

Anyway, yes I have some ideas on the script. I have Rx's for everything, but you can't get any doc to prescribe the amounts you really need. But then, every little bit helps, and it's nice for traveling.
I'll get back to you.
