i see alot of bros wanting to start juicing at 5'9 135lbs and posting asking questions about a cycle and in general bros usually advise against it. Just wondering if anyone had started way before they reached their genetic limit and if so are you happy with your decision or do you regret it ?

I dont see alot of guys that are 5'9" 135 period. At that point its not about genetic ability, you just have to fix the diet.

Example would be Dante, started out at 137 pounds IIRC and is near 300 last I heard, on a 7k calorie per day diet.

Genetic limit is a bunch of BS IMO, I dont think anyone reaches it naturally, ever. One way to keep as much LBM as possible, is to get as fat as possible. I was floating between 210-215 before I got started, and was benching 265. Some people would laugh at that, and others would say that they got stuck weaker than that before they started, so its all perspective. Just be honest with yourself about how hard you are trying now, because drugs wont fix shit if you dont know what you are doing, you just put a bandaid on top of a bandaid.

Eating is my problem right now also, I put some quanity of milk back in my diet because I need raw calories to break my bodyweight now without moving to pizza/ice cream which will create plenty of fat on me.

Diet is a bitch, but she is your master now.

By gentic limit you have to also take into account that that "limit" is based on quite a few factors. Your limit may have been reached while sleeping shitty, eating ok and training ok...but begin a more dedicated lifestyle and Im sure you'll have a new limit to reach. Does that make any sense? Anywho given the fact that you gave us a specific height and weight Im assuming that your asking about yourself and all I can say is that I too am 5'9, but 190 lbs and I think I look damn skinny. I have no clue what 135 would look like but Im scared to try. Dont juice, in fact dont even lift until you get your diet in check.

i was 140lbs, 5'11 when i started, im 210 now. I guess it was worth it. I trained hard without juice, and didnt get much gains. You just regret it sometimes, when fags come up to you and say somethin like, ur gonna die at age 40.

dont even pay attention to idiots that say things like that. my favorite is the great misconception that your dick shrinks. It just lets me know that people have absolutely no clue about roids, but think they got it all down to a science.

i know! ive heard a grown man, actually a police officer that has been in the force 16 years say that same thing, your dick will shrink... im know plenty of cops juice, i would think you would pick up some info somewhere...
hey, abby ripper... how many cycles did you do between 140 and 210? how old were you and how old are you now?

i started at 143lbs 5'9 now i am a steady 205-210lbs i have been off juice now for almost 10 months now. i done 4 cycles ina 3 year span. i dont regret anything. The most i ever weighed in at was 216 lbs back in june 2003

just do it right and u'll be fine

panteracfh..im currently on my third cycle. First one i gained 20lbs, second one i gained around 35, and so far im up 15lbs on this one but i dont think ill gain much this time around, seems much harder. I started at 18years old.....im bout to turn 20 soon. so it took me about 18months to get here. I know i was young, but i was just sick of being skinny.

I was 135lbs. and 5'9" at 16 yrs. of age. I went to 175lbs. in 3 months. That was about 20 years ago. A word of advice...don't make the same mistake I did. I think I would have been taller;)

Just wondering why he shouldn't lift until his diet is in check? I started lifting when I was eating like shit and learned along the way. I am proud of my transformation. If anything you should be preaching to start lifting and reading anything and everything on fitness and nutrition. Nutrition isn't going to do shit without the exercise. All he'll do is get fat if he just eats. You need to tear up the muscles and repair them with food and rest.

Anyways, dexcell, I know this doesn't have much to do with your question but get your ass in the gym, talk to a personal trainer, and read, read, read, and build a good foundation of strength and nutrition before you decide to juice it up. Peace.

imo, 5'9 at 135 is a redflag for terrible horrible nutrition, period. He obviously had something wrong with his diet or he wouldnt be 135, unless there is a condition i dont know about. To me, it looks like all the "hard training" he was doing was simply putting his body through a highly catabolic period of time, followed up by piss poor nutrition. Id fix the diet first, gain 10 lbs without the addition of that highly catabolic period of time. Once he knows how much to eat such that he gains 10lb without training, hell need to increase it again when he begins training. Bro ive been there, done that. Thats how i did things. I was 135lbs at age 16.

I'm only 5' 9.5" and 2 months ago, I was 175. I was thinking about starting with gear, but because of all the information on here, I just checked my diet and training, and now, 2 months later, I'm sitting on 200 (yeah, a little increase in bf, but so what). I don't even want to think about starting a cycle until I absolutely feel like I can't gain another pound without it. My goal 2 months ago was to get to a lean 225, but I think I can make it close to that with no gear. We'll see. I just think it makes the feeling so much better if you know that you did it yourself with no help from AAS. Yeah, I used androstienedione and 1-test before, a while ago, but this time it was all about being dedicated to the diet and training. I have a long way to go, but if I were in your shoes, I would just start eating. Eat like you weigh 250lbs, and sooner or later you will.

Christ, I was 150 by 4th grade... no shit! lol.... I was 260 the first time I juiced went up to 285 (I had a lot of fat back then though)

i started at 145 at 5'11" i was only 16, looked like lance armstrong. I do regret it because i never made any huge muscle gains that i couldnt have made of meat and potatos. Plus i never grew again after my 1st cycle. The only thing i really got out of taking juice at 16 was awsome strength to weight ratio and a horrible temper that i was to young to control.
