Anyone try the HCG diet before?

I know of a guy who had great results. He lost a lot of body fat on the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet. But after period of time just couldn't stick with it.

I'm looking for info on it.
 
thought it was only for women actualy.

but ther's ome info about guyz which got pretty slim with this kind of diet.

never used myself. but it makes me very curious about.
 
I'm pretty sure your probably talking about the Dr Simeons " Pounds and Inches" Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet! Google it!

My wife tried it. It works great and it does work for men too. But one problem with the thing. The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet by this doc suggest 500cals a day, they seem to stress that part a great deal.
It does work and you will loose up to 2lbs a day!! But thats way too much for any non obese person. She had to stop doing it after a few days since she was already at 15% BF when she began. I guess you could still get awesome results in no time on a 30% calorie deficit though. Worth a try.

But as with any diet or drug, even gear, you have to adjust your diet permanently to keep the results. Nothing sticks if you fall back into the old habbits that got you the pounds to begin with.
 
a guy i know from work, is on the diet right how, this mug lost 50 pounds on 3 months and still loosing! But, he looks like a head on a stick! looks sickley! not a healthy loss!

his are drops.
 
i ve heard mixed results..a woman in my office tried it and it was pointless what with her need for chicken wing s and all.
 
Perhaps it may people able to support low calorie diet.

2500 kcal in a active life worker. if you need only 500 kcal/ed it makes 2000 kcal burned and then sounds OK.

but it depend on your diet mostly.
 
This is true but I believe the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) helps with the hunger curb... Hmm Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet with some var, albuterol and cardio may do the trick no?

500 calories a day... lmfao... i burn that jerking it in the morning...

u starve ur body and it starts to take action against u.. in order to preserve itself...

and trust me, when u take those 500 calories in after a week or so, its doing nothing but being converted to fat...

stop starving urselves u idiots... eat food.. eat well.. eat clean

that kind of diet is not for sportives peoples... and have to be concidered as dangerous practice, but some people with morbide overweight most run this kind of drastic diet with etra-low kcal.

ok, i was just answering to O.P. but never advice nobody to try it.

fortunaly, i never met obese people in this board.
