I'm was on 3 iu of Gh and upped it to 4iu a week ago.
Since then my hands are always swollen. Painful to make a fist.
I'm also taking 600 mg deca a week for shoulder surgery post op stablitly and strengthing, but I don't think this has anything to do with it.

Will this go away or should I go back to 3 iu. I remeber reading that GH will make your joints hurt but I think that it will go away. Just wanted to confirm.

My friends hands were swollen then they started going numb. As safe as people think GH is it might be but that sounds scary to me. He was also using 4iu.

I'm going to take some motrin or maybe some arnica to see if I can get this under control.
At this point it'a a real bitch just TRYING to grip the bar.

Lower the dose a tad. It's common for hand swelling and numbness. I had it so bad on 5iu per day that it was hard for me to sleep at night. The tingly/numbness feeling is enough to drive you nuts.

I went back to 3iu per day, so far a 9 days passed and my hands are still swollen and get numb fast.

Takes time. Once I stopped the gh completely, my hands were still tingly for another 3 weeks.

I'm looking for ways to alleviate this. Today I took 2 aspirin to see what happens. 2 hours latter no difference.

I take 500mg of naproxen next to see if this helps.

I was getting a tat reworked yesterday and I felt my hand getting cold, then numb and then some killer pain. We had to stop 3 times for me to shake it off in 1.5 hours.

Yo guys,

I am on 4iu or Jin a day....... and my women is on 2.5 a day. We both have the tingling, falling asleep, feeling along with a little numbness in the fingers.

For the most part Celebrex and cox-2s will do the trick if you have any laying around!

The end results much out way...... the small side effects of HGH!

I am having the same problem i am running 4 ui / day 5 on 2 off and this is my 6th week and last 2 weeks my hands are swollen and feels tingling and my hand feels like it need to be "shake out".....

I think it is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Any advice what should i do? I am king a freeking out on HGH but on the other hand i got great results just in 6 weeks went up from 220 to 232 and loose a lot of fat.........
