check out some of the supps from NTBM they got some and they work as well

yahh curcumin or ginger.
0.5-1g (pills if you can for ease)

GHRP 6...or even 2. they will make you want to eat hardcore.

Periactin works well with low sides. None if you adjust the dosage accordingly.
