The chest.
The arms.
The abdominals/tummy.
The upper legs.
The lower legs.

I am confused when I read about bis, tris, hams, etc.

Where would each go?

Arms would be bis, tris, shoulders.
The chest would be just chest?
The stomach would be abs?
The upper legs is the front and back...back is hams.
The lower legs would be calves?

Can somebody give me a list of all the bodyparts that need to be worked?

Also is the neck considered a body part?

what about back and i would consider traps part of the neck

you have to do all the antagonists or not only will you end up pulling muscles but your posture will be all messed up and you will not look good.

For instance aaron, if you do chest you have to do back. Bi/Tri.

Lower back-Abs.

You know what I mean?

try back and bi chest and tri legs and shoulders and work abs everyday

There are so many variables in designing an appropriate weekly all over body workout that it’s impossible to give adequate advice on line. However abs everyday in my book is not a good idea all muscles need recuperation to grow/recover. Legs and shoulders. Dude legs are half the body. On legs day I barely have enough energy to shit afterwards. Your advice makes me question your workout intensity.

WTF?? I train biceps and forearms ala dc with legs, so are you questioning my intensity as well?

Aaron thats way too much volume to gain any true strength or result.

Go for a push, pull, legs 3way split. Cardio offdays with couple of sets of abs. Dont do any isolation work, squats and deadlifts and db press should be concentrated on. Study the forms tho, I know your not the sharpest tool in the toolbox, but you are a tool...lol

Also look at needsizes 5x5 program sticky, that wont fail anybody;)

Like I said when I finished legs there is no way I have energy for any other body part All the pros I know say legs are the hardest to train because its half the body after training they often are nauseous. I guess you are more macho than me.

So how many pros do you know?;)

And please, you shouldnt do anything that the pros do unless your a pro.

But yeah im guessing you do a lot more volume on leg day than i do?! But i also bet i can squat more then you, because i dont do
no nonsense high volume bollocks;)

PS dont get too worked up, this is all for good conversation mate;)

btw thats not my personal workout i do i was just given that to aaron since he is just starting out in the gym which will just be a starter for him and then when he gets the hang of it he can tweak it anyway he wants... so be my guess, since u have nothing else to do then question my workout intensity go right ahead bro

ozzy is that a front bum on that chick! Nice, that means it never stops. the bum just goes all the way with no trasition! ha ha ha

I'm asking how the bodyparts look.

Here is what I think I will do....

monday.....quads and hams
tuesday......biceps and triceps
wednesday.....stomach and back
thursday....shoulders and chest
friday....calfs

I would like opinons on this.

This isn't a HORRIBLE split, but could be refined to allow for quicker recovery. I'd recommend coupling primary and secondary muscles together on the same day..i.e

Monday- Biceps/Back/Shoulders
...biceps, lower back, mid back, upper back, anterior/posterior delt, and rotator cuff

Tuesday - Legs
....quads, hams, soleus, gastroc, glutes, abductors, adductors

Wednesday - Tris/Chest/Forearms
...triceps, pecs, forearms

Thursday - Biceps/Back Shoulders
....(same as monday)

Friday - Tris/Chest/Forearms
...(same as wednesday)

This is a pretty heavy split with a demanding workload. Don't just jump into something like this right away. The reason why I say only do legs once a week is because we use our legs everyday. I don't know about you, but I walk about 3-5 miles a day on average so legs in general get a good workout everyday. Throw in abs every other workout and your golden.
