I'd be pissed off to. I would have also gone threw propper channels. IMT should have handled this better. So one thing is for sure you haven't been ripped off. I hear the new network is shipping very quickly. I suggest you do a chargeback and have him process a new order threw the new network Dr.

So I expect that you are smart enought to do your charge back as was recommded to you and ether place a new order of find a new provider. This isn't the customer service department. Anymore post from you other Than my chargeback was processed and I got my money back about this and your real account will be terminated too.
