I suggest that you purchase some B6 as well and take 300mg daily, broken into 3-100mg servings a day, as insurance against Progesterone related gyno from the Deca. Bump the B6 up to 600mg daily (200mg three times a day) if nips are sore, itchy and/or puffy.
You shouldn't have any serious sides at those doses, but we are all different in the way we react to hormones. Good luck Bro!
