My left arm is an inch bigger than my right A WHOLE FUCKING INCH.. i am also right handed. if anything, shouldn't my dominant side be bigger? wtf is going on here

Actually no your dominant side is usually the one that is smaller, for me too, I am right handed and my left is bigger, It is because I do believe the muscles of the dominant side are used more and therefore have less recovery time , so they dont grow like the less used side. Just what I have come up with maybe more too it ?? Just cut it off and get a matching prostetic , they look much cooler especially if you get one with a hook... lmao

Too much cardio with only the right arm.....try whacking it with you left hand more often......lol......just kidding.

ok so I was sorta right....

It is because you are right handed that your left is bigger. Your right arm is significantly stronger than your left, so because you used the same weight for both, even though they had a strength difference, your left arm had to compensate for weakness, so it gained mass. Your right arm was used to being worked with the amount of muscle it had, so it didn't need to get any bigger to support the weight. I know this goes against a lot of things you've probably heard, but use a heavier weight for the right than you do the left. They'll even out.

im right handed and left arm is bigger as well. imo its th left arm trying to keep up with the right arm , the left gets pushed harder and grows more.

Geeze, but a WHOLE INCH?

Im a righty, and my left is a tad bigger and stronger as well. But a whole inch? Something aint right...

Try using Dumbells with all your exercises..You don't notice it but when you use a bar your dominant side pushes harder..With DB's you can isolate each side...

I'm right handed and my right arm is bigger by about a half an inch, although my left looks better to me, muscle shape wise. I've never really heard of righties with bigger left arms, thats a new concept to me(?)

LOL, kinda the opposite w/ me. I'm right handed, and my right arm is 1/2 inch bigger than my left. Weird thing is, my left bicep is MUCH better than my right, while my overall right arm looks better. Everyone's dimensions are different. That's why I don't think in inch of difference is noticeable to the eye.

my shit is definatly noticeable.. ive been working on it using dumbells instead of bar and now i try and do more things with my left hand that i used to do with my right for more rest time for the right.. lets see if it will catch up.
