Aromasin Dosage on 1st Cycle

So I've decided that I'm going to run 500mg of test cyp for 12 weeks. I have a bit of pre-existing gyno, which makes me wonder how I should be dosing Aromasin.

25mg ED, EOD, or E3D?

12.5mg ED.

If symptoms arise/persist, up it to 25mg ED.

this^^ start at 10mg ed,then if you need to up it to 12.5mg ed and so on.....but like evryone else says,you havt to run it everyday
