As you continue to cycle, does the affect of 500mg Test E yield lower blood values?

Ive been blasting and c***sing for a few years now... currently in the middle of a blast, got my bloodwork back... Test is 3384ng/dl.... I remember when I started it was around 5000ng/dl... same dose/brand.... as we continue to cycle, is our response to Testosterone less for each progressive cycle?

I'm not sure of its the same but isn't that why we cycle and then take time off because our receptors become saturated and need a break to recover
