I also was an idiot, like yourself, that did the wrong first cycle or cycle period if not careful and took a year to recover, which was extremely emotional, and lost all my gains. Ok gents, i got 20cc of Test E 250 and 20cc of Tren. I want to get the dosage down tight, I have 8 weeks to do it! Starting it tuesday. Also last cycle I ran Test E with Masteron, So I didnt have to worry about the bitch tits, this time is a little diff, what is the best to use to handle the estrogen rise up and when should i start using it.
So Basically fill in the blanks for me, i like to see the diff things that work for people. EVERYONE is diff.
I am 34yo 220 pounds, very active. Looking to harden up shed some fat, gain some muscle mass!

But to answer your question. You need more gear, this will only last a few weeks. I would run:
Test e 250@ 250mgs E3D weeks 1-14
Tren a 100@ 125mgs eod weeks 3-14
Aromasin/exemestane for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and letro on hand if gyno flares.
12 days after last pin PCT
nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Some would say Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2 weeks into cycle to keep the boys awake. Not sure on dosage, never ran hcg. I'm gonna blast a shit ton at the end of my current run and see how it goes.
