Aussie doctor in the Canberra/Sydney region

Hi Guys/MBB,

I'm so glad to have come across this discussion. So basically Im in a similar situation as yours. My test levels have been 10nmol since 3 years, when I started investigating this deficiency and have been experiencing symptoms ever since my teens. I've got smaller than usual testes so that maybe a reason. GP wont do anything, the urology specialist I saw said 'Some ppl have smaller feet some ppl have larger feet'. :|

It turned worse when I got depressed for some personal reasons. So I joined a gym last year and been regular with weight training for 8 months, got the levels checks again. Bam 10nmol again, would ve thought would be a bit higher after gym time.

Anyhow, to summarise I need your advice on getting help. Should I get in touch with Dr Z and go the gel path or would you recommend an alternative, other doc.

Thanks a lot for reading this. Appreciate your help all.

Thanks,
Ken

I went to prof Wilson and he basically told me that I was either taking something to lower my test levels or that I was stressed out and that he wouldn't be seeing me anymore ... This is after going to see him 4 times after 4 different low blood tests and $180 dollars a go .. I called up dr z and I'm going to see him on the 4th September.

Just curious also my first 4 blood tests were 6.7 then 4.4 then 6.2 then the last one was 13.3 . Just wondering if you guys new what a good range would be for someone who is thirty years old

Hey man I have had similar experience with previous endo and have bloods as low as 5.9, 6 and 7.1. Free test is 105. How did you go with dr z?
