Austinite's Top 3 - Essential On-Cycle Supplementations

I can see that being like taking 30 pills a day, most I ever took was 15 over the course of the day, now I don't even take multi's, unless you got organic supps, there's really no point in jamming your body so full of nutrients it can't absorb

The most I ever take in the form of capsules and tablets is multivitamin, fish oil, COQ10, vitamin c and garlic. I don't see the need to be taking ten or more tablets/capsules a day of anything.

Spoke to a few guys on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and they won't touch the B12 shots, they say it only increases more RBC's. They play it safe.

Anyone on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) not using B12 is in worse shape than those who do. Any smart doctor would know this. But to each his own. The top endo's in the country prescribe B12 as part of the protocol, as a matter of fact, many knowledgeable folks use B12 instead of water to mix hCG. You're doing your body a disservice by not using B12. No question about it.

Again, as I explained to you in great detail, B12 does not produce red blood cells, I'm not sure how else to explain it aside from showing you the science behind it. When I run heavy cycles I inject 1000mcg of B12 daily on cycle. RBC's don't magically start coming out of my ears.

Can you elaborate exactly how you won't absorb? Unless you have a major digestive disorder, or take all pills at once, I understand, but I'd like to understand the idea that you won't absorb 30 pills a day.

Op.. have been on your acne blasting stack for about 2 weeks. Does it take a while to kick in?? currently finished PCT and it hasn't changed. Is their anything elce you recomend? thanks

Yes. In some cases it may appear to get worse in the beginning because it's cleaning you out. Everyone responds differently but you should start clearing up soon. For future reference, if you're acne prone, it's best to start this stack 2 weeks prior to beginning your cycle. Towards the end of the cycle is when acne would be at it's maximum, so it's not easy to resolve it then. but it should still work, just takes longer.

My doc wrote me a script today for Methyl B12 Injections. Anyone know of Methyl Stings on its own for injecting?
Hydroxy B12 stung last time I shot it on its own.

Hydroxy was most likely a mix. I don't get a sting from Methyl.

Did my first shot of Methyl B12 today 1000 mcg.
Don't know what I'm waiting to feel.
Cost me $12 for 1000 mcg/ml 10 ml vial + $12 dispensing fee. Total $24
not bad comparing to other prices I see all over the net.
Did blood work today too for Bio T and Total T, SBGH, Cortisol long line up...eventually they stuck the pin in me at 8:50 a.m.
hope it is not late...my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc once told me earlier is better. 8 a.m.

Methyl B12 is over 10 times more expensive than Cyano. How did you get it for 24$?

A 30 ml vial of cyan is 20 - 30 dollars. Methyl is closer to or more than $200 for a 10ml vial.

This is from a compound pharmacy, they are pretty well known. My only reason is to think they make so much of it for people and have more of it available in stock than other compound pharmacies. I heard the pharmacists in this pharmacy using the term "Methylcobalamin" to one another. They were making more to have in stock as more patients come in with prescriptions to buy more.
You think it is bunk?
10 ml Cyan here is $9.50 for a 1000 mcg/ml at pharmacy.
Methyl B12 gets expensive at 25 mg/ml (25 000 mcg/ml)
pharmacist told me to keep it in fridge

I purchased the powder (which was mission impossible... and I'm a retailer so my cost is wholesale). I can't see how it's even remotely possible to charge such little for such an expensive powder. Numbers do not add up.

I questioned the pharmacists lots. She said : "what you don't trust me"?
don't know what else to tell you.

Got more info for you Austin.
Got off the phone with another Compound pharmacy out of this area (in the suburbs). They quoted me a price of a $100 for the Methyl B12 1000 mcg/ml 10 ml vial. They also told me the compound pharmacy I went to and filled my script for the methyl, buys bigger quantities(VAT) of the Methyl and is able to pass the savings onto the consumer. Pharmacist also told me that she makes less Methyl than this pharmacy I went to and this pharmacy I bought the Methyl from is a top notch govt' licensed pharmacy.
