Since we are talking about B vitamins. When a supplement label says it has Vitamin B-6 (from 300 mg pyridoxal-5'-phosphate [Coenzymated]) which is equal to 201 mg, what does this mean?
the 300 mg becomes 200 mg in absorbable availability ?

Is "Nicotinic Acid" a good source of vit b3 in supplementation?

Vitamin B3 aids in metabolism and abundant in food. But B3 is unique because it's required to produce cortisone and sex hormones. One of the reason I personally love B3 is because it can lower cholesterol. But I don't supplement with B3 because I get enough. Besides, L-Tryptophan = more B3.

Yeay any form is good.

seems to kill anxiety too and high levels of 500 mg/ ED....
I got a Flush from it the first few times taking it...
 
Another badass thread by Austinite....thanks man, not sure us mere mortals are willing to put that many horse tablets into themselves, but the thread makes for interesting reading and great guidance on choosing the right regimen. Ima have to stalk your posts and read everything you put down.

lol. I agree. It's not for everyone. I'm a walking experiment. But hopefully folks can pick and choose what compounds work best for them based on my experiences.

29 to 31 gauge words great. Anywhere is fine. I mix my hCG with B12 so I get it that way.

what size?
My pharmacy usually has 25 G 5/8" or 25 G 1" in stock...never seen 29-31 G
Are these insulin needles you are using or Tuberculine syringes?
 
Plenty of 29 and 31 out there. Much easier on subQ injections.

You mean Tuberculin. Not sure why it matters but any syringe will do. BD makes them.
 
Austinite I don't want to hijack the thread, but I really didn't know where else to post my question..
I was a fat fuck , reached to 250 pounds, then I changed my diet and life style..got fit now I'm about 180 ..
With this I'm sure u know comes the lose skin problem , and I know that going under the knife might be the last choice .. I can see my upper 4 packs but my magor prob is at the lower abs and waist..
Getting bigger and gaining muscle mass helped me for sure , but is there anything else that might help before deciding to get this xtra skin by a knife?
A stack , a gel , training abs more to get them bigger..?
