Avavar only cycle

Im going to be starting a ana Anavar (var) only cycle in a couple weeks. Just wanted some input on the dosage, length of time, and if I should use a post cycle therapy (pct) after. Before I get the whole "why would u run that by itself, you should stack it with test" im not looking for bulk at all. Im 6'2 265lbs at about 16 percent bf. Im just looking for some strength gains and to cut as I am a fighter not a body builder. Thanks guys.

Would you run a car choosing windshield wiper fluid over gasoline? You've got your cart before the horse. What you are doing is seeing endless number of threads that keep saying "DON'T RUN Anavar (var) ONLY CYCLES, ADD TEST" but you don't like that answer so you thought you could post yet another thread about it and hope some people would give you different answers. If you aren't going to listen to the advice given then why even ask.

TEST... then add Anavar (var) . You can still cut on test.

HAHA.. Naah not really.. Those are just the analogies that keep popping into my head. I guess because I think of bodies like cars. They are both complicated machines that require all sorts of maintenance, care, and the proper inputs to get the desired output. So car analogies always work when trying to talk about AAS.

Truth be told, I don't know dick about cars. :beertoast
 
Bigcutty good choice. Test is all you need and your diet and training will do the rest. You can easily stay lean on test and you will feel great as opposed to feeling like shit from var.

I'd be interested in doing Anavar supplemented with Test E. but I'm unsure of dosages..

Also I'm 25, been lifting 1 1/2 years, 6'2 245lb right now. Maybe its too soon for me to consider it, but I wanted to build a solid foundation before I bulk natty for a while (1-2 years) and start doing the heavy gear. Thoughts? Should I just be patient and lose the rest of the weight naturally and then worry about the other stuff later?

May want to start a new thread. So it sounds like you want to lose weight? The anavar will not make you lose weight, it doesn't melt fat from body. If you have low testosterone, getting the levels up will help with fat distribution.

Diet and exercise (weights/cardio) lose the fat. Reading on the internet will give you the impression anavar makes you lose fat but this is just not true.
 
I got the impression it hardens muscle and has an effect on visceral fat. I've lost 80lbs already, so I'm looking to build a foundation for a bulk to fill out now.

I'm confused on your goals, are you looking to build muscle primarily or keep the muscle you have while dropping more fat. WShat your body fat now? can you see abs, can you see hypogastric veins?

I am aware of the studies looking at visceral fat with oxandrolone use. The changes are subtle. What I'm saying is that if you are looking to drop significant body fat it is via diet and the exercise. Anavar will not make you biceps look like they can cut glass and will not make you turn into a vein roadmap after a few weeks. It is really mild man.

My experience with it, after 6 or 7 weeks on with test propionate you can see what I look like but I wasn't bad to start with. No glass cutting from me. At this point I like the collagen systhesis properties associated with it the most. Ive got some new very nice veins in upper forearms and legs and delts and chest but it is not melting fat away. I havnt changed cardio though and have bumped up cal by about 500/day.

Just don't expect to much out of it. Really.
 
Well for the price and what you are saying, maybe I should just consider sticking to pure diet a while longer and focus on size and strength once I've achieved the weight loss goals I'm looking for. Currently I'm on ECA, and it's working out well. I just wanted something with a little more oomph but maybe I'm falling to all this "I lost 10% BF on Anavar and gained 5lb of muscle on 30mg a day" hype I keep hearing in the gym from the bro scientists.

I also didn't like the sides of Clen, and haven't done my research on Windstrol inject

I wanted to add, thank you for the advice and response, I'm very new to this. I appreciate it very much.

I like the idea of getting lean with diet and cardio, limiting carbs, upping fat and upping the protein. That works for me. I do not like the thermogenics or thinking anavar/winstrol will make you lean.

For the anavar i will say that there were some noted strength gains from it but still mellow. It is expensive as fuck, i'm paying about buck 50 per 10mg at 60mg/day adds up fast.

ONly reason id do it again would be for the collagen benefits but in future i would look to something else for that probably.

If you are new to dope you will be pleased with testosterone i believe. No need to make more complicated than that.

Im no pro but dont like the way winstrol sounds at all, i'm to old to fuck around with sore joints and weak tendons and shitty lipids.

I think it gets lots of attention like anavar does (and dianabol for that matter) because oral and i guess people have issue with injection. It is like when you are 13 and think you need stay virgin so you put dick in chick asshole and say no sex yet. Sorry, still counts. :dance2:

bottom line i think if you know how to lift and eat correct most people can make great changes with test and some real basic stuff.
