Average size Biceps

i know this may sound stupid and know i am not one guy that just concentrates on biceps lol, but wondering what the average size on biceps are flexed for males
like some or all i just dont feel good on my bi's, when i flex there 16" cold, dont know if that is good or bad
i train my tr's and bi's once a week and hit them hard and heavy as well!
just wanna know what the average size male bicep is flexed

and what is the best excercise to build the peek of the bi, i have heard drag curls are great on the smith machine for the peek of the bi?
 
My arms are lacking due to my triceps. My family is full-blood Austrian, peaking biceps and huge chest and shoulders, but sub-par triceps. RUUHHHHHLLLLL!!!!!!!
 
Mine are 13, I'm lagging with my biceps but my triceps make up for them :P , I only do preacher curls and hammer curls, any other exercise causes more strain on my forearms and 21's cause me to use my back more, I'm trying to play it safe . :)
 
I would say around 15-16. The thing is body type probably matters a little guy at 5'6'' with 16in guns probably looks pretty good compared to a 6' guy witht the same
 
17 here. But it's all about what they look like 15 can look like 20 and 20 could just be slot of fat. Bodybuilding is about the illusion of how big u can look.
 
Avg for people who lift or avg for people in general? The avg man has 13" arms, but I would say the avg lifter probably has 15". Mine are 16.5" cold, but I'm not doing my first cycle til this summer, so we'll see where I end up then.
 
I never measured my arms right after gym but cold before the cycle they were 20inches now 21.5.

It's def a genetic thing my arms are huge the rest of me is mehhhh compared to my arms....
 
would be nice to have 18" guns lol, but hey like everyone here nothing is good, always want better haha
heard drag curls help for the peak of the bicep, as my triceps are huge as fuck, but lacking on the peak of the bi i think!
 
I'm at 17.5" cold. I'm 6'0 and pretty lean so I feel I need to increase size, but during cycle with a pump they get much bigger!

I stil lgot a ways to go, 22's will take some work lol

But, for some reason I just want mad big ass arms. This is what got me in the sport in the first place. Now, the rest is starting to catch up.

Of course, because curls are for the girls. I would rather have proportional arms and bench 500lbs. Because girls will still want to bang you and guys want to be you.

amen brother! all you're strength for bench, squat, and deadlift comes from the backside of your body anyway. lats, triceps, glutes, hamstrings, etc. i tend to hit my triceps a lot harder. usually just 3 sets of barbell curls and some pull ups per upper body workout for me and i'm still at around 17 inches. i guess different people have different goals though so its all good.
 
Remember is how they look, a dude with 15 inch riped biceps will look bigger and better than a guy with 17 inch biceps that look like shit
