Avoiding scar tissue with short ester cycles

So I have done 3 cycles. The first 2 I was only using glutes didn't know better. By the end of the cycle it starts getting REAL painful to pin my glutes im guessing that's scar tissue build up. I am doing a NPP and test prop cycle in a few weeks any tips on avoiding scar tissue. I'll prob do quads glutes and delts. What pins should I use for delts? Also anyone have bad scar tissue of the years? How many cycles did it take you to develop the scar tissue also were most short or long ester cycles? Im hoping my glutes aren't fucked up already. I do pretty long short ester cycles like 10-12 weeks. After this cycle ill prob switch to long esters

Just switch ur prop to sus now, im currently running prop ed @ 50mg because 1 cc eod was crippling my sleeping walking and training the pip was too much. i regret running prop wish i would have gone w a longer ester but im in too deep now so might as well just finish

For me my Lats/glutes take Prop with no pain this may not work for everyone, but my quads cannot take it they will be crippled. So using these for sites and pinning Prop EOD works perfect. If you have another compound that does cause issues then pin that in the delts or quads.

Two words...slin pin!!!!! Use them for everything besides glutes...and maybe quads depending on how lean you are

25g for delts and quads and 23g for glutes, i doubt u have scar tissue btw--you probably didnt give your muscle enough time to heal just keep rotating and you'll be alright, also you can try ventroglute injections theyre pretty much painless for me

ya im gonna add ventroglute. Any picture links to where it is exactly. I think I know but not 100 pecent. Also on the slin pins. I tried to add some npp in a slin pin it took forever to get it out of vial. Then i had to push REAL hard to get it out. Maybe if I heat up the vial. I was using a 29g.

I use a 30g slin pin for everything but glutes. Definitely helps if you heat it up, and the quality/thickness of the oil, but even still, who cares if it takes an extra minute or so? to me its worth it so that you dont have to worry about scar tissue, and not that a 23/25g hurts, but 30g is even less, can barely feel it.

well u can buy syringes and pins separately, but it'd take forever with such a small pin, 25g is way better IMO and scar tissue will just make it harder to inject...nothing to do with the pain

I've probably done 1500 or so injections over the years. I don't have any "problem" with scar tissue but sometimes the gear takes a while to go in. Now I use 25 g 1 inch pins for all injections, but since I'm on a TRT dose now I just pin each glute once a week. In the past I pinned delta, quads, biceps, and triceps.
