It was added to my protocol. I don't know too much about it. I'll be able to tell you for sure if it works for me though.

From what I have read, You would have to have a deficiency for it to be effective...

i have the b-12 mixed in with my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), for an added bonus. The doc mixed up and only paid 49 bucks all together! But I am a bit low in the B vits though.
