J jamesl0822 New member Mar 24, 2012 #2 looks right for 40ml at 250mg/ml and yes 80 on a slin pin. You know you will lose some during the process right? How much depends on how you are filtering and how careful you are but you will lose some.

I held out 2ml of oil to push through at the end, hopefully this way i dont lose much. Im using a whatman .45 sterile filter. And thx to everyone else for the help and advice.
