Yo people how's it goin.

I just need some new back excersizes I'm getting bored of the same shit every week - lat pull downs, seated rows, the one where you pull a dumbell up leaned over a bench...

Can yall fire me a few good back excersizes mostly but not limited to lats?

The help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
Snoot

Which are best in yóur opinion though? Back is my least favourite gym day, seems like more of a chore than anything to me.

I just went on 5 days ago test e but it aint started working yet. Guess ill just try a few things and see what appeals to me

Takes a lot for me to get my back sore, have to really perform heavy movements. I love doing back, and there are many variations of every movement...such as the Lat Pulldown.

Wide Grip Pulldown
Close Grip Pulldown
Reverse Grip Pulldown
Behind the Neck Pulldown
One Arm Pulldown

Right there is 5 weeks worth of pulldown exercises...then rotate. Same goes for Rows!

Seated Close Grip Row
Seated Wide Grip Row
T-bar Row
Barbell Row (under and over hand)
One Arm Dumbell Row
One Arm Low Cable Row
Bentover Dumbell Row
Close Grip High Pully Row

Need I go any further? There are so many movements for back, as I do at least 5 exercises for back which each one will target a different section of my back.

Check on Youtube...you will find examples on there such as...

How about my bro Branch! The second exercise he is doing is Close Grip Pulldowns...watch the whole video for other exercises...enjoy bro!

This guy is motivation!!!

Thanks bro that's great help right there I didn't even think of varying the exersices (fucking sp? I can never spell it) that I already do. Back bores me shitless anyway.
Its all about the bench on a monday...
Thanks again :D

I used to do deadlifts a few months back... I had a shoulder injury and just never seemed to start them again... Ill have to start again soon

Weighted pull-ups with a dip belt

If your joints an take it, this will guarantee results.

I've recently been doing back extensions with weight and shocking some muscles in my back that have never felt the specific strain.... What i do is use the bent over back extension,, put weight on the floor and keep my arms extended while doing the back extension(as opposed to holding the weight at my chest like most people)... When you first raise, the strain is on your lower back, but as you straighten the spine, the resistance then goes higher up the back to the lats.... VERY NICE BURN... I do 1 set with a 45lb plate,, 1 set with 2x's 45's and then 3 sets of 10 with 3x's 45's.

Hmmmm that sounds like a good workout right there. I've never did back extensions that's something ill have to add to my list. Ill give normal ones a go before I try this one.
Thanks again
