right now I'm on a cycle, but my question is, does anyone else hit back more frequently then the other muscle groups? I really get my best pumps from back training right now, and I find I can hit it twice a week no problem. I tend to do different exercises and a little lighter, more concentrated reps the second workout, but find my back is really responding well.
I've been at this for 25 years, but this is really something I've just started. the only thing I find is I have to use straps sometimes if my forearms or bis get a little sore.
it is hard to overtrain some muscle groups like legs and back while on cycle but I was just curious about opinions on this. thanks.
