Baking Fina Question

I havent made a homebrew in a couple years and the only thing I cant seem to remember with 100% certaintly was what temp I should have the oven on when baking my completed product. I always used the 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, 3 times baking method and it always seemed to do me well. Anyone with experience and can remember what temp I should be baking at, your response will be much appreciated.

I wanna say I did it at 250 degrees F...so for you canadians...that's what in Celsius...something like eleventy billion degrees? :p
