i spent years overdeveloping my chest and anterior delts..to the point where i started developing tendinitis. never paid much attention to my upper back. after taking some anatomy, kinesiology, and other training classes...I learned a lot.
for every exercise, you need to balance it with exercising the opposite muscles.
I have severly neglected and i need to hit these muscles
-Rear Delts
-Rhomboids
-upper traps
-middle traps
-teres minor(ext rotator cuff)
-infraspinatus(ext rotator cuff)
and accordingly, I have updated and I am putting particular emphasis on them, by doing these exercises:
-Reverse flies
-High rows
-depression dips
-shrugs
-external shoulder rotation
i think i got them pretty well covered now, but like I said..I really need to hit these hard. these are my priority in my lifting right now. Can anyof you BBders or experienced guys think of any other exercises that can assist or I can add to these?
