barbell pullovers

does anyone else out out there include this awesome but much neglected exercise in their routine? i find it to be second to none for addind shape to the lats,anterior delts and it hits the triceps really hard too.i find using aN EZ bar helps on this one! i do them first in my back routine compound setted with chins as a warm up before my barbell rows!
 
I like dumbell pullovers they really stretch out the ribcage--immediately after heavy squats
 
i used to love then til i pulled my left trap twice. i dont do them no more. a pulled trap hets like hell and you cant turn you head for two weeks. very aggrevating.
