BCAA Powder ?

Just wondering if you guys have heard of this brand. It's called XTEND by SCIVATION. I picked up a 338 gram bucket for $20.00 bucks. Ingredients say B-6 10mg,
than lists the essentials Leucine 3.5g, glutamine 2.5g, L-lsoleucine, 1.75g, valine 1.75g, citruline malate 1 g. Is this good stuff?

Also when you recommend I supplement it?
 
I've used that before. I took a serving before and after working out. I liked it, but it got a bit expensive, so when I now take BCAA's, I just buy the raw powder.
 
Its awesome you should've bought the 1035 gram jug thoug. You take it before work outs 10g and after workouts 10g. I just make a shake of 2g beta alanine, 5 grams creatine mono, and 40 grams bcaas. I sip on half 30 min before workou tand 40 after with great results so far. You should take 1 gram of bcaas per .44kg of body weight. A 200 lb guy would take 40 grams. If you can't afford it take at least 20 grams or else most have found not much results from it

Wow didn't know I need that much but IM glad to hear it's good stuff. Im 265lb's so your right I should have definitely got the bigger jug, oh well. I think ill take 30grams to start 15g before WO 15 after.

That sounds good. Most people find that mega dosing BCAAs is the way to go
 
If you can afford it. for the ones that can they usually take it inbetween meals on an empty stomach. upon wakening as well.

R U familiar with yohimbine kinda off thread subject but no-one seems to be getting to my other post. i was wondering if I should take 20mg Every day or just on training days
 
I don't use it, have no experience with it, I never really see it reccommended. It can cause some unfavorable sides in excess. It's mostly for ED.

off the top of my head, yohimbine works best in conjunction with fasted cardio. from what i remember it does dick in terms of mobilizing fat when insulin is present. You also do not want to train with weights on yohimbine - performance will go to shit.

Damn scratch that than cause I still lift compund exercises around my cardio. Thats crazy it effects strength and performance with weights.
