bcaa's branch chains?

i heard that bcaa's, if taken in higher doses than recomended, like 5 in the morning and 5 befor you work out, as opposed to 2 a day, or something like that, can produce an anti-cortisole effect and help muscle growth. anyone know about this at all??
 
Is it necessary to supplement an additional 10g in straight BCAA pills in addition to the ~ 100g of protein one may consume on a daily basis through commercial protein shakes which claim a high concentration of BCAAs? I'd assume on 200+grams protein a day with a low carb diet, one would be in positive nitrogen balance already...
 
Take whey in the moring, before and after workout also if you wish, you'll be fine, and better off financially.
