What's up everyone! Bout to blow this joint up!

Background info: 5'11 1/2 218 lbs ~13% bf
Lifting for as long as I can remember, committed for a while now.
Goals: Ultimate goal get down to 10%, trying to get up to 225 as well. But if I could maintain WEIGHT and get to 10% I would be satisfied. :)
Lifts: Bench 250x9-10 Squat: 340x8 Cleans: 255x7

Diet: gonna keep around 2600 cals for the recomp effect. 300 pro 175-200 complex carb 70-80 fats ( love almonds :) ) VERY clean. ( I am studying to become an RD )
Cycle:
N2 guard throughout

Beastdrol 20/30/30/30
Katana. 350/400/400/400/450/450 or 500 depends
S4: when unique chemicals gets it back in stock till the end of my cycle 50 mg 5 on 2 off.

Pct: Clomid and nolva
Forma stanzol throughout cycle and pct
Creatine
PES erase

I'm holding a little fat right above my glutes and in the pectoral region. (I was 240 22% 2 yes ago)

Day 1!:

Just got my stuff in the mail. Took 3 katana with some pb and milk. No lifting today, just yoga at 6:30. Question: can I take katana and beast together?? And dosage timing: beast am pm. Katana am mid day pm? Thanks! :)
 
Nice before pix bro should nt take long to obtain your goal if diet is on track 100%

in 6 weeks I went from 20,8% down to 14.2% diet was 100% with several added supplements.
 
Day 2: Took 1 drol and 3 katana at 8 AM. Took 2 katana pre workout with a scoop of noxipro. Prety average workout, nothing really to report.
Sides: I woke up hungry as shniz though! Controlled it pretty well though. Eating clean.
Also slight cramp in top ab while doing some cardio, probably not drinking enough water. I get lazy the days I don't have class! Oh well.

Upping my water intake. Cheers! :)
 
Day 3:. Took my dosages at usual time, diet has been spot on. Not looking any different, but it is day 3. Bench was down a little (250 x8) but I know whenever I'm on superdrol, my bench skyrockets. I'm ready to start feeling this!!!!

Sides: none so far. Getting n2 shampoo just in case. I am afraid of losing my hair.

On a side note I went over to my girls house for Easter dinner, I had 2 huge steaks, asparagus and a chicken breast. I am stuffed. Haha. Cheers all. Happy Easter. :)

Day 4: well have to come clean.....I didn't eat so clean today. I had some dessert at Easter dinner, and a couple peeps. Man, I feel guilty. Haha. I got some good sleep last night, and hit legs after church this morning! I didn't get to do squats cause some tools were hogging the rack doing shoulder press with 95 lbs.... Smh.... But I definitely hit my legs hard with 2 leg and one leg leg press! No noticeable effects yet... I'm looking a little better, but might be diet and forma. I have been using the forma since I got it, love it! ( have a little gyno from being fat) . . Oh well, it's day 4.

Sides: none to report. Slight cramping, but that Comes with legs day in general.

Gonna take my mult, magnesium and get off to bed. Cheers :-)
 
I'd use SD to kick start a test cycle anymore unless it's a low dosed cycle.....5-10mg is more than enough for me...unless i'm pulsing

Day 5 and 6: sorry I couldn't get to updating yesterday, some things got in the way.... But dont criticize me guys, I went a little wild last night. I could just leave it out of my log, like most would. But I'm sharing my life with y'all. Anyways, my girlfriend, buddy and I went to a party. I probably had around 10 beers, and some rum and vodka. People were just handin me drinks, and everyone thinks it's funny to see me drunk because I'm the "good kid" oh well. I didn't take my SD yesterday for that reason. Took my katana and got a good workout in before.
Also today I had some ihop. I'm done cheating and done drinking for the rest of this cycle. Sooooooo yeah.
Sides: maybe slight gyno, but I had a little before. I've been using forma, and it actually might be my nipples getting less puffy and flattening out, but all I know is there is a change there.

Gonna take a nap, then hit the gym! From here on out we're going strong!!! Cheers :)
 
Day 7 well ill start this off by saying its been a pretty average day. Took all my stuff at the normal times today. Diet was in check and then some today. But I still haven't felt "on" yet. I'm upping my beast to 30 and katana to 400 tomorrow. Hopefully I can see some good gains here pretty soon.. sd is pretty off and on for me according to when I feel it. But pretty good chest workout today, was really focused on a 2-3 sec negative and strict form. Slightly above average workout.

Sides: nothin really. Maybe slight calf pumps here and there. But drinking a ton! Gyno scare is gone,I was a little hungover when I worte my last entry. Haha. Feel fine to up my beast!!

Looking forward to what is to come. Looking the same if not a little leaner. I was 219 today :) cheers for naow!

Dose: Beast 30 mg Katana 400 mg

Overview: not much to report again today, but I'm not lifting today. Just yoga and resting on Thursday's. But hopefully I can start seeing some gains on sat when I hit the gym hard. The only thing I've noticed so far is a little bit of increased vascularity. And I'm getting a little more sore than usual. Other than that, I'm just a hungry and thirsty mother trucker.
Sides: A slight cramp in stomach at an odd time today. Pretty weird. Don't know if it's the drol or what. But other than that, sides have been great. No back pumps yet ( they are usually a biotch) slight acne when I'm extremely prone. I'm happy with little sides!

I sure hope so! Is there a certain timing protocol I should be taking my stuff at? I'm taking 1 beast 3 katana at 7am then around 1 then 1 beast 2 katana around 7. Any suggestions or am I good to go? I am making sure I take taking them with fat too.
