3 whole eggs glass of milk
3 potatoes and some rice

container of tuna(forced down with 2 glasses of water)
4 chicked Breasts
Burritio 2 extra scoops
3 Glasses of water
Octupus
Protein shake(50g)
6whole eggs and 7 egg whites
Shrimp 3 tostadas of it(cheat meal)

some form of nuts before bed Cashews,Almonds,Peanuts,..ect
First Day-- No changes
Second Day-- No changes Chest was a little more sore then usual.(might be due to maxxing out with every rep)-More hungry then usual
Third day-- A little bit of a Headache eating every hour or so(more then usual)
