INGREDIENTS: 4 oz. ground beef, ¼ scoop flavorless (or vanilla) protein powder.

DIRECTIONS: Mix ground beef (80/20 is best for burgers, leaner is your choice, You can also use ground turkey) and protein powder in a medium-sized bowl. Add any other seasonings to taste. Form into patties, then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side atop a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
