been clean for over 20 years but age is starting to catch up, what have i missed? If i just wanted to turn the clock back a few years....any suggestions? Still train 4 times a week with a little more emphassis on cardio? thanks
thats a really tough question man, i have no idea where to start. discuss your lifestyle (i.e. current training, diet, goals,...) and are you asking about drugs or a time machine?
get the initial blood work and then a script for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to put blood test levels to the upper middle range . it will make a man feel 10 years younger .
