what was your entire workout and diet routine? I need a change like that too.
Didnt really have an ab workout just 25 min a day on the treadmill before lifting
Oh its better to do cardio after lifting weights ?
Ive always done cardio last. My thinking on it is after lifting weights my body has used consumed energy on lifting. Then all energy used on cardio will be from body fat.
Probably isnt correct but thats what I'm going with.
