Before And after 50mg dbol (4weeks)

Well i took 50mg of dbol a day 25 mg when i woke up in the morning and 25 mg about an hour before i went to the gym as far as diet or eating id consume 3000+ callories a day and 300+ grams of protien and lots of water then at the gym i would warm up with 25 min on treadmill or eliptical and then lift weights chest one day legs arms shoulder back etc id do two sets of 15 reps for a warm up on eaxh exercise them is up the weight to wear i was struggling my the 8th rep and i did 4 sets then move on to the next exercise
 
Yes the dbol was just a kick start im takeing test 400 at 600mg a week a deca at 400 mg a week those pics were taken 5 days after i stopped the dbol
 
Ive always done cardio last. My thinking on it is after lifting weights my body has used consumed energy on lifting. Then all energy used on cardio will be from body fat.

Probably isnt correct but thats what I'm going with.

Pre-lifting cardio can hinder the Nervous System and weaken your lifts (less intensity = less stimulation.) Post-lifting cardio can also take advantage of the "after-burn" effect.
 
I've read that doing cardio after a 1 hour lifting session is a bad idea,, after about an hour of intense exercise your body starts becoming catabolic and then when u start that cardio your body is using muscle for fuel (not fat).. It's also not good to do it before.
Best is to have two separate workouts, like cardio in the morning,, weights in the afternoon
