not so much got to worked up on the upper body n the difference.. i have been off now for about 4 months about to start again but have been doing a new workout.
monday
chest- incline bench, flat db, weighted dips
hamstrings- leg press
tues
back- dead lifts, rows, lat pulls
quads- hack squats
weds
delts- db press, sitting side raises, front raises,rear pec dec
abs
calves
thurs
arms

seen ok results more maintaining then gaining. so uped calories to 4000, and start test eth next week.. not sure about the mg 500 or 750..
 
you guys have taken to many damn roids.. the first pic is my before taken by my timer on my camera. the next one of me front on is someone behind me to the side taking it through the mirror.. the following of my back is someone taking them straight on.. the new two tattoos are ones ive been wanting but felt i was to small to get so i got a little bigger and got them.. they are on a few weeks apart.. my tats never move or vanish. didnt think i get this much neg responses or cracks when just loking for advice as to how to max my gains on my next cycle, a good workout program and what mg to jump to or stay at


hey bro, i totally nailed it on the pics. how long of a separation was there between the first pic and the new ones? looks like u got good gains
 
only 12 weeks.. i jumped almost 15 pounds in about 6 weeks. im assuming more from the the dbol then anything. thats what im trying to figure out is what to do for my next cycle to continue what i did judt run it longer or more mg or what ... i had great gains but of course lost some so im in panic mode trying not to get skinny again lol but over all still happy
 
damn tac you caught me. i took the time to photo shop bigger muscles and new tats just for the greater fame of this site.. whatever sall i do now
