Just saying hi, im new to this forum, i have been reading and then decided to join. I have been training for the past 6 years on and off but the past 2 have been intense. Im now 23 200lbs 6'0 with about 10 to 15% body fat. Im here to learn more about the way others train and cycles that others members do. I would like to be lead in the right direction as a beginer, thanks in advanced!
