thanks guys- I will try these and see how it goes, tonight I was doing heavy sets of 3 and on warmups they felt great then I slapped the belt on and pushed out against it and when I got down to parallel it felt like the belt hit my thighs when I was at teh bottom(I dont go ass to grass but I go below parallel). It kinda got me off gaurd so I was curious if the belt placment was off, This is the first time I have used the belt in a bout a year so I guess I just have to get used to it again. I will see how it goes next week with heavy deads and let you guys know, thanks for the help as usual bros!
