Can someone shed some light on when to take Benadryl to assist my receptors?

Program:

days clen dosage
1 0.02
2 0.04
3 0.06
4 0.08
5 0.08
6 0.08
7 0.08
8 0.08
9 0.08
10 0.08

2 day off then 2 days on/0.08

Based on this when should Benadyl be taken and how much...

Thanks

I'm not sure on a dose, but I take mine at night because it will knock you out for 5-8 hours. I use it to help me sleep while on clen, i do know about blocking the receptors

clen run by itself is extremely catabolic... i hope u are running it alongside gear (test etc) or u will just be wasting away

Clen has been proven to be anti-catabolic. T3 is catabolic. There's some who use clen while coming off cycle because of the anti-catabolic properties.

As far as benadryl goes, I have never seen anything that indicates it up-regulates the receptors, however, ketotifen has been proven to up-regulate the receptors while on clen. I only use keto so I make sure to keep my clen or albuterol effective.

clen has not been proven to be anti-catabolic... it's a drug designed for livestock (overweight pigs) to make them shed pounds in time for going to market

clen is catabolic, clen + t3 doubles that... and yes cutting in general is catabolic, this is why it's beneficial to run gear alongside these cutting aids to assist in holding onto lean muscle tissue

main purpose Ive used benadryl and many others, is after a clen cycle, and using benadryl to help the receptors, not during usage

You need to do more research... clen is not catabolic and also its used for more than just pigs.
also you would want to FATTEND or bulk up life stock, not deflate its lbs, the seller wants the highest waight possible vs. cost to get there.
and there is more flaws in your statement.

Also they stopped using it in most do the world due to the fact when its used in life stock it is then put into humans when they eat them. thats why 90% of the world doesnt use clen for live stock anymore.
there was side effects from PEOPLE eating the meat. even in horse, many animals they USED to use it a LONG time ago. not sure how old the stuff is your reading. but even the statment of it being catabolic and a reason for farmers to use it don't make any sence.

I don't mean to attack you man but your VERY VERY fair off on the facts.
