I have'nt been doing reps. Just Lifting heavy for no more than 3. I'll start w/ 225 and only rep it 3 times. Then I'll do 245 for 1 or 2. Then max out. Last week it was 255. I thought why not go for 265, and I bounced that shit right off and up it went. I was happy as shit. I used to start w/ 185 for 6-8 reps. Then go to 225 for 5-6. Then try more. But after the other sets I would be smoked. Now I'm tryin this and it seems to be working great. I also recently switched to prop@150mgs eod from sust @ 250 mon wed fri. I'm wrapping up my cycle in a couple weeks.
 
Cool bro! My all time best is 275 for one. I knew you would pass me up before too long the way you been making the gains the past year.

Congrats! You are close, probably pass me up before the end of this cycle.
