Hey guys, I've been browsing for the a while, but this is my first post. I have something known as AC osteolysis, aka weightlifter's shoulder. (Had it for a year and a half now, and it's gotten worst).
As of now, the only form of pressing I can do somewhat comfortably is dumb bell decline bench press.
Which leads to my question...:
Has anyone here ever had a distal clavicle resection? Was it worth it? Were you able to get back to benching/military pressing the weight you were at before your condition started?
I'm currently on my first cycle, so i'll probably get surgery a few months down the line.
