best 4 day split for more focus on arms???

Hi,

Im kinda pissed at my arms cause they never seem to make leaps and bounds and i am just wanting to make them grow a little better than they have in the past.

I am currently on cycle with test and am doing a 4day split which works best for me and i absolutely love so i wanna keep that if possible.

Im lookin for any help on this one guys.

Just throw a couple sets for bi's/tri's at the end of every WO. Not too hevy jus enough to get a good pump.
 
Remember not to go too heavy on the arms. Form is everything here if you want real growth. If your jerking the dumbbells around your not doing much..

Yeah my form is pretty good but theres always room for improvement so im gonna work on that and see what i get outta it.

Ive been keeping it simple for arms and just using the progressive overload method on them.

I train back and chest and shoulders really well so i figure im hittin the arms pretty good during those workouts also. So by the time i hit arms i usually have been hittin them hard and fast.

Only doin like 6 7 to 8 sets for bis and bout 8 sets for tris and then usually 1 set of like 20 reps to burn em out.

Ive been doin barbell curls and preacher curls for bis and one arm overhead dumbell raises and lying EZ curl bar exts for tris.

So what ya think?
 
for mass stick to heavy sets with low reps [5-8]. barbell curls , hammer curls , skull crushers , close grip bench , etc. just because your going heavy does NOT mean forgetting form.
 
yeah, i dont know if you guys have ever experienced this but 2 days ago i did bis and hit them very hard and heavy with pretty good form on some barbell curls and i could swear my arms grew maybe a 1/4 in. in like 2 days.

I have had this happen with other bodyparts like my legs and shoulders but damn!!

Now thats some freakin motivation right there!!
 
from my personal experience do major compound movents squats, deadlifts, bench still work your arms but dont do endless sets of just arm workouts. Get your diet in check and from what ive seen alot of ppl overtrain try a 3 or 4 day split and eat alot and eat healthy ur arms will grow like no other
