Advice Needed from the most experience and knowledgeable weight training athletes!!
I'm looking to become a ultimate weapon if you will!

Bio: Male, 22 years old, soccer player, 150 lbs, 6'0 ft, hardworking, dedicated to training.
Goals are to gain size, and speed. (With all the running due to soccer training it is difficult to muscle mass, looking for the best cycle to change that.)

I'm looking for the latest cycle including all the necessary extra supplements to regulate the body!
Please include cycle dosages!

Really would appreciate some great advice! Thanks

A few of my latest training maxes.. (lbs X reps)
Squat 225x8
Bench 225x5
DB shoulder press- 75x9
DB bench-110x7

No offense but do your own research. Nobody's gonna just hand you out hard earned knowledge.

Then why do we have a forum to ask questions? Is nobody allowed to ask questions to learn?

The supplements I recommend are 5g creatine taken at any time and 2-4g leucine during your workout along with a multivitamin in the morning. First you should have your diet in check, though. Supplements are not magical, and neither are steroids to be honest.

The OP obviously hasn't done ANY research. Most people on this site including myself, don't like to just hand out cycles do undeserving people that are too lazy to do their own research. And your supplement advice is for a 16 year old kid in high school, smart guy. Your "red rep score" tells the whole story about you bro.

Who knows if he has done prior research, and who cares? He is only looking to improve himself like most others on this forum. And he isn't even asking for a cycle. He's asking for supplement advice.

What would you recommend for supplements? I am genuinely interested to see what you're going to recommend. My advice is perfectly fine, if you see anything that proves me wrong feel free to post it.

Supplement-wise you can use creatine monohydrate in your PW shake for bloat size/minor strength gains. You can also take Jack3d for a pre-workout, its incredible. BCAAs before/during/after you workout for optimum nitrogen retention. Or even ZMA/DAA for a natty test booster. Don't go over to the PH section looking for a quick fix, do some research if you want to use gear.

caffeine, creatine, whey, and 8 hours sleep every night. Stay with your splits and track your goals.

Your running wont kill your gains unless your under maintenance or your just burned out and lose focus in the gym.

Speed is a motor control function, no AAS will help with that, it's all down to speed drills to get you there.. now if you mean 'power' then that is a function of strength, very different. You need to know what you are looking to effect before you go out looking for enhancement supplements.

I agree with many of the other responses. You need to do more research on cycling. You need to eat...150 at 6' is small. Get on a bulking diet, eat like you never have before, and train simply: squat, press, pull, row etc for raw strength and size to be added. And I agree with the above reply: want to get faster = speed drills and additional strength.

Increased protein and calories would surely help. In terms of supplements to increase endurance, do some research on beta alanine and citrulline malate.
