I normally spend my time at the gym with weights except for my warm up and some post workout cardio for fat loss. I'm in the military and will be going to dive school soon so as i transition my workouts from mostly weights to a cardio based workout i want to shift my supplements as well. Here is what i normally take: ON 100% whey gold std., ON Creatine mono, ON Glutamine, One a day energy multi-vitamin, Fish oil around 3 g's ED, and a low carb high protein diet. So my questions are: What supplements have you used and benefited from for endurance?
