Would this go well with someone who drank alot of alcohol in his youth?
Liv52 is good liver support while on cycle.
It is actually used to treat alcohol induced choleostasis so id say definitely.
Do you really find it makes a difference? That stuff has been around for years and years ago I used to take it but I didnt think it did jack so I stopped. I still hear it mentioned and it has been around so long I cant help but wonder if maybe there was something to it I missed.
Just going by the research I've read on it, yes it's sounds pretty effective. I haven't had blood work done while using it after a blast so really cant say yes thru experience. That's something I'll find out in the near future tho as I just started taking liv recently.
Suma root ....
Hey if you do get an opportunity thru blood work to say indicatively please share it with us, I would very much like to know. For example i know NAC and UDCA work thru, as u said, experience and blood work, it would be great if that could be said for Liv 52 as well.
You won't see an improvement over UDCA Jimi. I use it as an intermediate step going from NAC to NAC + Liv.52 to the first two plus UDCA. You'll see another 5-20 points come of AST/ALT if already high, otherwise NAC is fine for everyday use and adding UDCA is more than fine for hepatotoxic cycles.
For those asking about kidneys, I posed that question to my nephrologist, who says a good multivitamin with LOW Potassium and high vitamin D help, but nothing like NAC unfortunately. Oh, and I found out that taking ibuprofen to avoid acetaminophen was shooting myself in the foot. So if you have any kidney issues (diabetes, etc), avoid ibuprofen.

Are u saying liv52 will take 5-20 point off alt/alt if high??

It has for me, yes.
Yeah nsaids are brutal on the kidneys, i learned that the hard way one time. Its amazing they are sold so indiscriminately OTC without warning re potential renal effects.

That's good to hear brother. Thanks!!
I also have heard that when one stops taking it,liv52, the condition they had returns...elevated numbers or what not. U experience that HW??
